Are you an experienced sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Rtb House, a leading provider of AI-powered ad buying solutions, is seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
About the Role- We are looking for a highly skilled account manager with expertise in mobile gaming sales, preferably with experience working with top-tier games publishers.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers at gaming studios, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with gaming publishers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobile gaming growth advertising.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Genuine interest in mobile growth, gaming, and AI technologies.
- A competitive salary: €75,000 - €105,000 per year, depending on experience.
