Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Lead in our European Operations Center in Madrid, you will play a key role in driving the green energy transition forward in France. Your primary responsibility will be to sell solar systems to our customers, guiding them through the entire sales process until digital contract conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell solar systems to customers (B2C)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on highly qualified customer contacts generated online
  • Present the advantages of the Otovo product portfolio clearly and convincingly
  • Closely identify customers' needs and wishes and close the sale
  • Analyze data to develop measures that lead to an increase in business

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, acquisition or customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in French and good command of English are also required.
