Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth in Iberia by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and demonstrating the value proposition of our Enterprise Informatics portfolio.


Your Role: Identify and prospect new business opportunities, develop account strategies, and execute sales plans to achieve commercial targets and Philips' business objectives.


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives. You should also have experience managing a software sales funnel, prioritizing opportunities, and delivering results. Additionally, you should have deep customer-orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to articulate the value of technical software and medical products to various customer profiles.


Salary: Estimated annual salary: €80,000 - €120,000 depending on location and experience.


Location: Iberia region.


Language Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
