Job Title: Sales and Business Development Associate
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience in business development or sales. You will play a critical role in finding and engaging new business leads, identifying potential clients, and qualifying leads for estimators to bid on projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new leads in Alabama.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through prospecting and research.
- Qualify leads and forward them to estimators for bidding.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
- Use software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Voice for day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to prospect and research potential leads independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Voice.
Estimated Salary: Up to $2500 USD per month, based on your performance and location in Alabama. This is a remote position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
