We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Spanish market.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Spanish market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the language learning or education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
