**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team in Madrid. As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales drive of our managed service offerings and self-serve platform across Spain, responsible for pre-sales qualification, sales strategy, negotiation, and final implementation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and own a sales strategy and business plan for advertising/media agencies and brands in Spain.
- Present and evangelize Quantcast's capabilities and offering in the digital ad marketplace, building an intimate understanding of our products and their place in the industry.
- Bring in new customers through advertising/media agencies and direct brands.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine growth potential and work towards specific KPIs and challenging targets.
**Requirements**
- 4+ years' experience in new business sales in media or ad-tech.
- Proven track record in managing and developing strategic accounts.
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers around a solution/strategic sale.
- Strong portfolio of independent agencies and direct clients.
- Strong leadership characteristics and ability to bring people on the journey with you.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
