About Globibo - A Comprehensive Event Technology and Language Service Provider
Salary Range: MYR 4,000 - 6,000 per annum
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build a strong network of clients across Malaysia.
- You will play a key role in expanding our sales outreach, targeting new organizations, industries, and segments with our translation, interpretation, and training services.
- Your primary responsibilities include:
- Account Servicing (50%):
- Respond to client inquiries, provide quotes/proposals, and follow up on converting and extending quotations.
- Maintain contact health for VIPs, reaching out regularly to keep mindshare.
- Increase revenue from existing clients by establishing long-term support contracts.
- Project & Product Management (50%):
- Determine project scope with customers, manage customer interactions, and change management.
- Follow up on customer/student feedback, identify required partners for service delivery, and manage projects/events at location.
- Account Servicing (50%):
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing/Business Management or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management.
- GREAT communication skills, fluent English required (written and speaking) to communicate with global clients.
- Able to identify and address specific customer needs.
- Highly motivated, independent individual with analytical skills.
