Technology Business Development Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Technology Business Development Specialist to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a specialist, you will leverage your technical acumen and sales expertise to drive growth and innovation in the cloud space.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experience and strong language skills in Italian. As a Technology Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Execution: Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Product Overview: Provide technical product insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Customer Success: Increase technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
- Audit and Confirm: Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required.
- Demonstrate Technical Solution: Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers over Teams.
- Vendor Collaboration: Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers.
- Training Delivery: Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on subjects of expertise.
- Career Growth: Constantly research and educate self with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and competitors.
What You'll Need:
- Native or proficient Italian language skills plus fluent English.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experience.
- Minimum Fundamentals certification required upon entering the role, L200 certification preferred.
- Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions.
- Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.
- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
