">We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our growth by targeting international operating companies in the local market.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Servicing a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management.">
- Understanding client business environments, strategies, and industry to provide tailored solutions.">
- Knowing and understanding competition capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury's banking solutions.">
- Delivering on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high-margin products, and increasing wallet-share.">
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings.">
- Expanding existing business and providing feedback to technology and product managers.">
- Originating new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.">
Requirements:

- Strong financial services sales experience, preferably in a commercial bank or similar environment.">
- A professional network and fluency in Spanish and English.">
- Proven ability to bring passion, energy, and motivation to a sales organization.">
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.">
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with phone sales, and able to develop sales strategies based on customer feedback.">
- Able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.">
