About the RoleAs an International Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth for Skeepers in the Spanish market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing outreach strategies for enterprise accounts, leveraging cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics to identify new business opportunities.
- Building relationships with decision-makers in various industries, understanding their needs, and identifying potential solutions.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and account-based marketing strategies.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a native fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken. You should also have a good command of English and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in cold calling and CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Native fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem.
- Previous experience with cold calling.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Curious, quick learner, and able to adapt easily to any situation.

The salary range for this position is approximately €35,000-€45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide meal vouchers, health insurance, and public transportation benefits.
