Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Relationship Manager to join our Madrid office, where you will play a crucial role in promoting the growth of Ebury through independent research and campaigns targeting international operating companies in the local market.

Main Responsibilities
As a Corporate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing FX trades with multiple liquidity providers using various trading platforms and Bloomberg/Reuters;
  • Collaborating with sales teams to assist in business origination;
  • Understanding client business environments, strategies, and industries to provide tailored solutions;
  • Delivering on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high-margin products, and increasing wallet-share;
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH REGULAR MEETINGS AND COMMUNICATIONS;
  • Originating new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals;

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

A strong background in financial services sales or relationship management, preferably with contacts network;Experience working in a commercial bank selling to SMEs;Relevant experience in an environment different from a bank (e.g., FX specialist, cash management);Knowledge of compliance requirements;A business or finance academic background is a plus;A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive bonus scheme.
