Job Description:

At Ophtec Bv, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Export Manager. As a key member of our Commercial Office, you will play a crucial role in growing our export market and driving business growth in several European countries and the Latin American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Export Plan, focusing on key markets and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to customers and internal teams to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Represent Ophtec Bv at international congresses and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and several years of experience in an international sales role, preferably within medical devices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to travel frequently (at least 50% of the time) and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
