We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic Commercial team at T.C.R. International N.V., a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE). As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial plans to increase revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform commercial decisions
  • Present business cases and proposals to internal stakeholders and customers

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional services or blue-chip company
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and result-driven entrepreneurial mindset
