About the Role

This temporary contract position offers a competitive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance. As a Sales Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue objectives for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients and prospects through proactive and knowledgeable interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to identify effective strategies and processes for reaching revenue objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or building business partnerships
  • Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level) with strong proficiency in written and spoken communication
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research and identify potential new customers efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
Estimated Salary

€45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience
