SAP is a leading cloud company that empowers businesses to work together more efficiently and make informed decisions. We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Ops Business Partner Specialist to join our Regional Strategy & Operations team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader who can drive consistency, automation, and simplicity into our Sales Operations processes. The successful candidate will oversee End-To-End Partner Ecosystem Success unit to drive Rhythm of Business, Go-To-Market, Partner Performance, Demand Management, Insights and Partner Adoption/Consumption & Renewal metrics.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex businesses and functions with a structured set of initiatives and programs. They will be able to facilitate and/or directly deliver pipeline growth, track and provide performance insights that secure revenue attainment.

The Sales Ops Business Partner Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing overall rhythm of business (Cadences – FC/DM/CVJ, agenda, templates, data/insights)
  • Supporting all GTM related initiatives e.g. Partner Driven Territory (processes, reporting)
  • Partner performance (including GSSP) evaluation – prep before Partner QBRs
  • Demand management (PSO tracking, Partner business planning status, Partner lead routing process), etc.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to foster a high leadership trust score and employee engagement score. They will be able to successfully collaborate across cultures and manage multi-country teams.

The Sales Ops Business Partner Specialist will receive a competitive salary of $123,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
