We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in London or Madrid.

About the Role

This is a 12-month contract opportunity that will see you working closely with our clients to understand their social media needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth.

You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals to meet our revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations to clients on how to improve their social media presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in French and Spanish (written and spoken)
