Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Foreign Exchange Business Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching prospective clients to understand their business needs and requirements
- Making introductory calls to new corporate clients
- Building a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10+ FX sales experience
- Ensuring all revenue targets are met while adhering to FCA regulations and prioritizing client interests
- Developing internal relationships with various departments in the business
- Staying informed about FX movements and the global economy's impact on prospects and clients' financial performance
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales
- Participating in regular training sessions and taking initiative to improve personal performance
- Remaining up-to-date with market structure changes and regulation
We are seeking candidates with:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (not compulsory)
- Resilient communication skills, confidence on the phone, and in-person
- Able to take feedback and adjust accordingly
- Goal-oriented and persistent, with short-term and long-term focus
- Fluent Spanish language skills and excellent English language proficiency
