Business Developer Role

Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Business Developer to join its team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the foreign exchange market.

What You'll Do
  1. Market Research: Identify potential sales opportunities and understand customer needs
  2. Sales Prospecting: Reach out to decision makers via phone and establish relationships
  3. Solution Presentation: Offer tailored solutions to meet customers' requirements and achieve personal and monetary goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent Spanish: Excellent communication skills in Spanish, with a business level of English
  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or client-facing environments
  • Financial Markets Knowledge: Understanding of the financial markets and interest in the FX industry
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible mindset
