**About Remote People:**

We are a dynamic organization, seeking an exceptional Senior Client Experience Manager to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our international client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client experiences within the Foreign Exchange industry.

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Promote client satisfaction through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our electronic FX liquidity management platform and stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the platform's features and functionality.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal development teams to incorporate client feedback into platform enhancements and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activity within our CRM system.

**Requirements: **

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role within the electronic FX liquidity management industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of electronic FX trading platforms and industry trends.
  • Basic knowledge of FX and eFX trading.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**What We Offer: **

We provide a competitive salary, estimated at PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
