About Axialent


We are seeking an Experienced Consultant to join our team at Axialent.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, economics, or engineering, and experience working with senior management and human resources teams in large organizations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Coaching mid- to senior-level employees in medium to large companies
  • Facilitating workshops and presentations for small audiences
  • Designing strategic plans with strong business acumen

Requirements



  • University background in business administration, economics, or engineering
  • Postgraduate work in organizational development and change management preferred
  • Alternatively, five years of experience in senior management and/or human resources
  • Experience as a business consultant with strong business acumen

Competencies



  • Fluent English (required)
  • Second or third language in a proficient level preferred

Estimated Salary Range


$80,000 - $110,000 per year
