The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our efforts in the Spanish market. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a business development and sales team in Madrid, driving the growth of TimeTac's SaaS time tracking solutions in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of sales and business strategies to expand TimeTac's presence in the Spanish market
* Build and manage a high-performing business development and sales team in Madrid
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer success
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
* Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Familiarity with TimeTac's products and services preferred
