goFLUENT is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to play a key role in the expansion of our business activities within the Spanish market. Our Spanish operational HQ is based in Madrid, near the Chamartin metro, and we are part of a truly global company with over 1000 employees worldwide. You will interact and collaborate with colleagues around the globe regularly and have opportunities for international travel.

This role involves developing our market territory by identifying opportunities for account expansion, new decision makers, proposals, and closing meetings. You will leverage existing contacts and client relationships to connect global learning leaders within multinational companies with our goFLUENT solution. Driving top-line revenue growth primarily through renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling within our existing account database is a key responsibility.

You will work closely with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to successfully nurture your accounts. Developing compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for our solutions is essential. Participating in exhibitions and events, as well as traveling to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts, are also important aspects of this role.

To be successful in this position, you will require minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales. SaaS and international experience are beneficial, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. Strong relationships-building abilities at all levels of clients' organizations, including senior managers and C-suite executives, are necessary. Team player, self-motivated, proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable individuals are ideal for this role.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and the company's operations in the Spanish market.
