About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to join a fast-growing company and expand their IDaaS expertise. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing ones. Your goal will be to attract new customers to our company, expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Acquisition: Attract new customers to our company, expanding our presence in the market.
  • Manage and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Manage and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to maximize the value of existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer expectations and needs are met.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Participate in the negotiation of commercial conditions and close effective sales.
  • Post-Sale Follow-Up: Perform post-sale follow-up and offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT or another related field or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years' experience working as an Account Manager in the financial industry, ideally for a software solution company.
  • Knowledge about KYC and CDD.

Estimated Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We will discuss salary expectations during the hiring process to ensure alignment with your skills and competencies.
