Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Sales Manager to join our team in Spain, Madrid. As a key player in achieving our sales objectives, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing our market position, and contributing to the growth of our company in Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain business relationships with Spanish customers through phone and email communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivering the best possible experience.
- Leverage your knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest enhancements.
- Work collaboratively as a team player, embracing our motto 'Achieving more together.'
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong commercial drive and affinity for smartphones and related components.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- A good grasp of English, besides native-level proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience in sales and account management work, with a positive attitude and ability to empathize with customers.
We provide a competitive salary, ranging from €1800 to €2000 gross per month, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
- A 12-month contract with the prospect of a permanent position based on performance.
- 22 annual working days of vacation for full-time employment.
- A hybrid working arrangement within Madrid.
