Our company, Wellhub Inc., is a leading corporate wellness platform connecting employees to top fitness, mindfulness, and therapy partners. We're expanding our Client Sales team in Madrid, Spain, and seeking a motivated Business Development Representative.

The OpportunityWe're looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team, focusing on the Spanish market. As a Business Development Representative, you'll:
- Engage prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
- Collaborate with the sales team to educate them on opportunities
- Manage expectations and overcome objections
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
You'll demonstrate the value of our company's mission by educating companies on the importance of wellbeing. You'll also become the go-to person regarding new and existing target industries across multiple sectors and geographies.
What We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy:
- A competitive salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management
- The ability to work autonomously and collaborate in a team environment
- A self-starter mindset, able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
