Our company, Wellhub Inc., is a leading corporate wellness platform connecting employees to top fitness, mindfulness, and therapy partners. We're expanding our Client Sales team in Madrid, Spain, and seeking a motivated Business Development Representative.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team, focusing on the Spanish market. As a Business Development Representative, you'll:

  • Engage prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
  • Collaborate with the sales team to educate them on opportunities
  • Manage expectations and overcome objections
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Your Impact

You'll demonstrate the value of our company's mission by educating companies on the importance of wellbeing. You'll also become the go-to person regarding new and existing target industries across multiple sectors and geographies.

  • A competitive salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaborate in a team environment
  • A self-starter mindset, able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
