Job Summary

We're hiring a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic Client Sales team in Madrid, focusing on the Spanish market. This role involves engaging prospects and identifying clients to contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage prospects and identify clients to contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team and educate them on details of opportunities.
  3. Manage expectations and overcome objections.
  4. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  5. Demonstrate the value of Wellhub by educating companies on the importance of our company's mission.
  6. Become the 'go-to' person regarding new and existing target industries across multiple sectors and geographies.
  7. Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at industry events.
  8. Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
Requirements

A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals with at least 0-3 years experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management.

You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a team environment.

A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization.

You enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects.

A strong communicator both written and verbal.

You are tenacious and goal-oriented.
