Global Business Development Manager for EMEA and UK

Job Description:Average salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
Job OverviewThis is a remote business development opportunity to work as a Global Business Development Representative for EMEA and UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and lead generation, with a focus on sales in EMEA and UK. A successful business development representative should possess high energy, tenacity, creativity, and a desire to further a successful career in Business to Business (B2B) software sales.
Responsibilities- Research and gather pertinent information about each prospect and organization using best practices and tools like LinkedIn, SalesNavigator, Google, Association sites, and lead lists.
- Identify and follow up with relevant contacts, involve multiple individuals in the sales qualification process, and deliver high-quality sales opportunities to the partner Sales Team.
- Conduct needs analysis, determine pain points, and drive towards generating qualified leads and opportunities that generate revenue.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead generation and prospect development plan.
- Work remotely in the EMEA and UK region, collaborating with other teams, including Marketing, to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
- Familiarity with Spanish and English languages.
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills, adaptable to change, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a hunter mentality with 2+ years of experience in business development and lead generation.
- Experience in business development in the financial services sector for SaaS sales, managing to metrics, leveraging technology in marketing and lead development processes, and maintaining accurate databases within Salesforce.
