Average salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Overview

This is a remote business development opportunity to work as a Global Business Development Representative for EMEA and UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and lead generation, with a focus on sales in EMEA and UK. A successful business development representative should possess high energy, tenacity, creativity, and a desire to further a successful career in Business to Business (B2B) software sales.

Responsibilities
  1. Research and gather pertinent information about each prospect and organization using best practices and tools like LinkedIn, SalesNavigator, Google, Association sites, and lead lists.
  2. Identify and follow up with relevant contacts, involve multiple individuals in the sales qualification process, and deliver high-quality sales opportunities to the partner Sales Team.
  3. Conduct needs analysis, determine pain points, and drive towards generating qualified leads and opportunities that generate revenue.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead generation and prospect development plan.
  5. Work remotely in the EMEA and UK region, collaborating with other teams, including Marketing, to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English languages.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills, adaptable to change, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a hunter mentality with 2+ years of experience in business development and lead generation.
  • Experience in business development in the financial services sector for SaaS sales, managing to metrics, leveraging technology in marketing and lead development processes, and maintaining accurate databases within Salesforce.
