About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our AWS EMEA HQ team. As a key member of our Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals in executing sales plans and achieving revenue targets
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound activities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set and deploy sales strategies and plans
  • Mentor and develop young sales professionals to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor team performance and create scaling mechanisms to drive business growth
  • Build trust with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the DG organization vision and strategy

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership positions in a result-oriented environment
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring young professionals
  • Strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
  • Fluent in French and English
