Lead Generation Role Overview
Akeneo, the product experience company, is seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to support the strategy and execution of lead generation in Southern Europe. Based in Paris, this role will collaborate with sales, operations, and international marketing teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
Chief Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of lead generation strategies across digital marketing channels, events, webinars, emailing, and social media.
- Manage data and lead import processes for campaign tracking and measurement.
- Contribute to all marketing programs, including calendar management, promotional planning, and content creation.
- Support social media management, including planning, tracking, and data aggregation.
- Work closely with sales and partner teams to support territory programs and plans to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
- Build and manage a marketing plan to meet inbound objectives.
- Train and develop the skills of the Demand Generation Specialist Southern Europe.
Requirements
- +2 years of marketing experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attentive to detail and results-oriented.
- Experience managing marketing budgets to deliver strong ROI on demand generation activities.
- Comfortable with marketing automation tools, CMS, and CRM systems.
- Fluent in French and English (Italian a plus).
