AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Demand Generation team (DG) in France is growing and we are looking for talented people to join the EMEA DG leadership team.

AWS provides companies of all sizes with an infrastructure platform in the cloud and the DG team is tasked with helping prospect companies make the move to AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs (DGRs) in their efforts of prospecting for new business and acquiring new customers.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value.
  • Represent the EMEA DG organization in area-specific forums and align on business priorities as part of the France Leadership Team.
  • Mentor and develop young sales professionals, monitor team performance, and create scaling mechanisms.
  • Build trust with internal and external stakeholders and deliver the DG organization vision and strategy.
  • Plan, execute, and report on team development and strategy alignment, overseeing execution.
  • Analyze and develop recommendations based on insights gained from the entire pipeline created for the area.
  • Ensure right alignment with sales priorities and focus the team on the highest productivity activities.
  • Scale capacity across all regions.
