Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technology Sales Strategist to join our team at Aws Emea Sarl (Spain Branch). As a key member of our Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs (DGRs) in their efforts to prospect for new business and acquire new customers in a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of targeted outbound activity to drive revenue growth and adoption.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales performance and growth.
  • Monitor team performance and create scaling mechanisms to ensure continued success.
  • Build trust with internal and external stakeholders and deliver the DG organization vision and strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in technology-related account management or business development.
  • Experience in leading sales teams executing on sales plans and revenue targets.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Ability to develop and execute targeted outbound activity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
