Job Title: Business Development Manager, France Enterprise, EMEA HQ Demand Generation

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our EMEA HQ Demand Generation team in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs (DGRs) in their efforts to prospect for new business and acquire new customers in a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value.
  • Lead a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs (DGRs) in their efforts to prospect for new business and acquire new customers.
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound activity to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Manage complex stakeholder matrix and build relationships with marketing, sales, partner, sales operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technology-related account management or business development.
  • Experience in leading sales teams executing on sales plans and revenue targets.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership positions in a result-oriented environment and experience in coaching and mentoring young professionals.
