Business Development Manager, AGS EMEA HQ Demand Generation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our EMEA HQ team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Demand Generation Reps in their efforts to prospect for new business and acquire new customers in a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Demand Generation Reps in their efforts to prospect for new business and acquire new customers
- Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value
- Mentor and develop young sales professionals, monitor team performance, create scaling mechanisms, build trust with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver the DG organization vision and strategy
- Plan, execute, and report on campaigns targeted at accelerated adoption of cloud services focusing on prospecting
- Manage complex stakeholder matrix, develop and execute targeted outbound activity, and analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Experience in technology-related account management or business development
- Experience in leading sales teams executing on sales plans and revenue targets
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Experience developing and executing targeted outbound activity
- Experience managing complex stakeholder matrix
- Fluent in French and English
