Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) team. As a key member of our Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals in executing sales plans and achieving revenue targets
- Develop and execute targeted outbound activity to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value
- Mentor and develop young sales professionals, monitor team performance, and create scaling mechanisms
- Build trust with internal and external stakeholders and deliver the DG organization vision and strategy
- Plan, execute, and report on campaigns targeted at accelerated adoption of cloud services focusing on prospecting
- Experience in technology-related account management or business development
- Experience in leading sales teams executing on sales plans, revenue targets
- Experience with CRM (preferred)
- Experience developing and executing targeted outbound activity
- Experience managing complex stakeholder matrix
- Fluent in French and English
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership positions in a result-oriented environment and experience in coaching and mentoring young professionals
- MBA, BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- Track record in effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders
- A strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
- Profound insights into the DE business ecosystem, main market stakeholders, and trends
