Job Title: Business Development Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for EMEA, aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business development and sales success in the EMEA region.
  • Deep knowledge of the SCADA market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
