Job Title: Business Development Manager EMEA Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a high-growth strategy for VTSCADA, driving business growth and exceeding annual budget targets. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a high-growth strategy for VTSCADA in EMEA * Drive business growth and exceed annual budget targets * Develop and strengthen channel partners * Coach and train sales teams * Promote VTSCADA in conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events * Collaborate with wider Delta organizations for business growth Requirements: * Deep knowledge of SCADA market in Europe * Excellent knowledge of SCADA software * Proven track record of SCADA business performance * At least 10 years SCADA sales experience in Europe * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills * Excellent Microsoft skills What We Offer: As a global company, we offer a friendly working atmosphere and a constructive working environment.
