Business Development Manager EMEA VTSCADA

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our EMEA VTSCADA business growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-growth strategy plan for VTSCADA in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy plan for VTSCADA in the EMEA region, focusing on high-growth opportunities and market expansion.
- Drive Business Growth: Achieve and exceed annual budget targets for VTSCADA in the EMEA region, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and customer development.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and Strengthen Partnerships: Develop and strengthen relationships with key partners, including channel partners and distributors, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Coach and Train Sales Teams: Coach and train sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business growth and expansion.
- Deep Market Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the SCADA market in Europe and a strong knowledge of SCADA software.
- Proven Track Record: Have a proven track record of SCADA business performance and at least 10 years of SCADA sales experience in Europe.
- Leadership Skills: Possess excellent leadership skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
- Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Have a strong understanding of business principles and practices, including sales, marketing, and product development.
