**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and success with our partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive partner growth and development in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and partner account managers to integrate partner strategies with regional sales goals.
  • Identify and engage new partners to expand our partner ecosystem and drive business growth.
  • Develop close relationships with partner enablement, marketing, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Drive adoption of our global channel program and ensure alignment with company objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving partner growth and development.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
