Lawton Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and driving meaningful partnerships with a targeted set of FOCUS partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint business plans with a FOCUS managed partner portfolio to drive Annual Contract Value (ACV) on new and existing opportunities.
- Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of our offerings to answer questions, make recommendations, and coach partners around our products and future product developments.
- Drive partner executive commitment to raise Lawton Senior Living's standing with partners.
- Represent and present Lawton Senior Living and Partner value proposition.
- Build actionable business plans to achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Handle partner contract negotiations and accurate forecasting to management.
- Communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Director, etc.) and key decision makers.
- Navigate and accelerate the partner's leverage of product solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and objectives.
Requirements
- A coachable and organized individual with strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Able to take a consultative sales approach.
- Open to 20-30% travel.
