About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Strategist to join our EMEA HQ Demand Generation team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted outbound activity to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Demand Generation Reps in prospecting for new business and acquiring new customers in a diverse customer base
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value
  • Mentor and develop young sales professionals, monitor team performance, and create scaling mechanisms
  • Build trust with internal and external stakeholders and deliver the DG organization vision and strategy
  • Plan, execute, and report on campaigns targeted at accelerated adoption of cloud services focusing on prospecting

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership positions in a result-oriented environment and experience in coaching and mentoring young professionals
  • Experience in technology-related account management or business development
  • Experience leading sales teams executing on sales plans and revenue targets
  • Fluent in French and English
  • MBA, BA/BS degree or relevant experience
