Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Director to join our team at Gelato. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will develop and execute a global demand generation strategy to drive growth and scale our business. Your expertise will help us reach new heights and achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive acquisition, up-sell, cross-sell, and retention of new logo programs for our tiered Strategic Account list.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to deliver online and offline programs that influence the pipeline and help achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to ensure a best-in-class go-to-market and commercial strategy.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in planning and executing global demand generation programs.
- Proven track record of managing agencies and executing performance marketing across digital channels.
- Demonstrable success in demand generation program execution, with a keen eye for translating business objectives into campaign messaging.
- Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize a strategy and set expectations.
