Job Title: Startups Customer Acquisition Manager, Ags Emea Hq Demand Generation
Mygwork, a leading platform for the LGBTQ+ business community, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) among startups across EMEA.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, or new business experience in the tech industry. Your expertise in AWS technology and complex IT solutions will enable you to effectively acquire, grow, and retain startups on the AWS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS among startups
- Manage and lead a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with partners to drive scaling campaigns and increase cloud adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Founders and CxOs to support your team's sales efforts
- Coach and develop your team to world-class levels of performance
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in quota-carrying roles
- Excellent customer-facing skills and understanding of cloud technologies
- Experience hiring and developing technology sales professionals
- Strong leadership and team management skills
