About the Role:

Ambitious sales leaders, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Amazon Web Services team as a Senior Demand Generation Manager. As a key member of our EMEA DG leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, adoption, and expansion of our cloud services among large and fast-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

You will lead a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs (DGRs) in their efforts to prospect for new business and acquire new customers in a diverse customer base. You will partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value.

As the owner of all Demand Generation efforts for Enterprise MENAT/SSA regions, you will be a part of the Central Leadership Team, representing the EMEA DG org in area-specific forums and aligning on business priorities.

Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and reporting team development and strategy alignment, including overseeing execution. You will carry a significant contribution towards our EMEA DG targets, overseeing not only the creation part but also overseeing the downstream development of efforts taken by the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of sales processes to meet the rapid growth of the business and targets attainment.
  • Manage the monthly/quarterly business reporting to senior leadership.
  • Analyze data and trends and make informed recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Coach and develop a team of Demand Generation Reps covering SMB Italy and Iberia regions.
  • Manage Sales Compensation scheme.
  • Develop relationships and work with marketing, sales, partner, sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases.
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
