Are you a business development professional looking to drive growth and expansion in the Amazon marketplace? We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to Amazon, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to increase seller acquisition and retention
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with sellers, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on the Amazon platform
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Tracking and reporting business development results, analyzing data, and interpreting reports to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of related experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in English, minimum B2 (or equivalent) in Chinese/Mandarin and Spanish (additional language is a plus)
