Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Allen Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet business goals and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive project delivery and sales growth
  • Provide sales and business development support to the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in Vehicle Camera, Telematics or similar SaaS role is an advantage
  • Valid driving license
  • Demonstrable ability to sell complex and technical solutions
  • Natural hunter with an element of account management
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
