Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Allen Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet business goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive project delivery and sales growth
- Provide sales and business development support to the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales
- Experience in Vehicle Camera, Telematics or similar SaaS role is an advantage
- Valid driving license
- Demonstrable ability to sell complex and technical solutions
- Natural hunter with an element of account management
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
