Business Development Manager

SilverDoor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success and identify areas for improvement.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B business development, specifically in serviced apartments and/or business travel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the serviced apartment industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
