Business Development Manager

At Icon Clinical Plc, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Government and Public Health sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage market knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Government and Public Health sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Government and Public Health clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise effective business capture strategies and support proposal development.
  • Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data in our CRM system and contribute to marketing efforts.
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in business development, with a strong understanding of Phases I-IV clinical development and contract research organization services.
  • Successful track record of new business capture, proposal development, and strategy development for Government and Public Health sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions with diverse subject matter experts and decision-makers.
  • Competency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management solutions.
