SilverDoor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on business development performance and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure SilverDoor maintains a competitive edge.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B business development, specifically in serviced apartments and/or business travel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the serviced apartment industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
