Business Development Manager

SilverDoor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on business development performance and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure SilverDoor maintains a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B business development, specifically in serviced apartments and/or business travel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the serviced apartment industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
