Job Title: Sales and Business Development Expert

Job Description

Drive sales growth in Iberia by identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships. Effectively demonstrate the value proposition of the Enterprise Informatics portfolio to address customer needs.

Your role:

1. Identify and prospect opportunities for new customer acquisition.

2. Establish meaningful customer partnerships by engaging with client stakeholders and developing a comprehensive understanding of their current and future needs.

3. Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms and collaborate with Philips sales leaders to deliver on shared business objectives.

Key qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales experience.

Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.

Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities for escalation or acceleration.

Deep customer-orientation and ability to cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Familiarity with CRM software and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
