**Job Title:** Global Sales and Business Development Expert - EMEA Growth

**Location:** Remote work from anywhere in Spain

**Working Hours:** Central European Time (CET)

**Language Requirements:** Fluent English and Spanish

**Job Description:** As a Global Sales and Business Development Expert, you will be responsible for generating interest among prospects through outbound activities, including prospecting and follow-up. Your primary goal is to build sales volume by uncovering, developing, and qualifying sales opportunities with prospective customers in target markets. You will work closely with the sales team to progress opportunities through the pipeline to close.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop both inbound and outbound leads to meet or exceed lead generation quotas by qualifying high-value opportunities for the New Business sales team.
  • Build collaborative relationships with assigned Business Development Managers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
  • Make cold and warm prospect calls, using targeted questions and rapport-building skills to understand client business strategies and how we can contribute to their success.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proven passion for communications technology and software sales, coupled with determination, grit, and hustle to succeed in a sales development role.
  • Confidence and communication skills to initiate phone conversations with C-Level, VPs, Directors, Founders, Heads of & Managers, navigate questions, and overcome objections.
  • Curiosity to learn, understand, and articulate MessageBird technologies and our value proposition.

**Estimated Salary:** €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
